You never knew me,
But I know your voice.
I felt your heartbeat, I had no choice.

We breathed together,
Your food was mine.
We are linked to each other, outside of time.

I knew your fear,
I felt it each day.
You seemed so alone, I wanted to stay.

All of your confusion,
no where to run.
You held my life, it had only begun.

The separation and rejection,
tore me apart.
Still, I forgive you, may God heal your heart.
